Hi Friends,

Really excited to have Victoria Moran as our speaker this month. She has a new book out and I’m sure you’ll hear all about it. We also are fortunate to have “Beyond Meat” as this month’s sponsor, so all you gluten free folks should be applauding, hahaha.

The Menu for the evening will be Tex/Mex theme with:

Organic greens salad and dressings

Mexican Chipotle “Ckickin” with a almond cream sauce (Beyond Meat and I will supply recipes that night!)

Black beans and rice

Salsa and Guacamole and chips

Southwest vegetable Medley

Orange Cake with Tequila agave frosting (not gluten free but an alternative for those who are will be provided)

Makes me hungry just writing the menu! hahaha

I hope you will all join us for a great evening of fun and delicious vegan food. Because of Victoria the crowd will be big, so reservations are a must for headcount purposes. (Only allowed 212 people) Please RSVP to Brook no later that Wed. evening so enough food and supplies can be purchased.

Thank you all for your time and We hope to see you all there.

Yours for a better world

Brook Katz 954-971-4432 brookkatz@Hotmail.com www.brookkatz.com www.animaladoptionfair.com
